We are always looking for new ways to provide opportunities to help you be well, personally and professionally, so you can bring your best to everything you do. Along with our global Well-Being at AECOM program for employees and their families around the world, we offer a Well-Being program for our employees and their spouses/domestic partners in the U.S.
The 2022 U.S. Well-Being program starts December 1, 2021, on a new digital platform through WebMD (formerly StayWell). As in past years, you (and your spouse/domestic partner) can complete a variety of voluntary activities to help you be well and earn points towards rewards, including a discount on your 2023 AECOM medical plan contributions. The deadline for earning points and rewards is August 31, 2022.
Because the WebMD platform is new for us, everyone must register the first time they visit — online or with WebMD’s Wellness at Your Side app (links at right, registration steps in the FAQs). Employees and spouses/domestic partners can now log in directly (a faster and easier process for employees since you no longer have to sign in through your personalized benefits account).
We encourage everyone to join in
Even if you (or your spouse/domestic partner) don’t participate in an AECOM medical plan, it’s still a good idea to participate in the U.S. Well-Being program — to improve your health and well-being and to be prepared in case your circumstances change. If the unexpected happens and you need to elect AECOM medical coverage in 2023, you will receive the well-being discount if you earn 100 points by August 31, 2022. To receive the full well-being discount — employee discount and spouse/domestic partner discount for 2023— you must each earn at least 100 wellness points by August 31, 2022.
If you are a new employee hired on or after June 15, 2022, or on an international assignment or leave of absence on or after June 15, 2022, you and your covered spouse/domestic partner will automatically qualify for a well-being discount on your 2023 medical plan contributions. However, we encourage you to complete activities to help you improve your well-being and earn other valuable rewards.
