At AECOM, we are steadfast in our commitment to your health, well-being and safety. Our benefits programs and resources are designed with you and your family in mind, ensuring everyone has the freedom to grow and thrive in their personal and professional lives. With this commitment in mind, and as part of our annual review to determine the best offerings for our employees, we’re taking a fresh look at our approach.
To streamline and enhance the efficiency of our well-being initiatives, we are shifting away from our regional U.S. and Canada Well-Being programs. Instead, we’ll focus on promoting well-being resources available through other benefits and programs. This change allows us to better allocate resources and ensure that we continue to provide you with valuable well-being resources that support you and your family.
What’s changing
Our relationship with the WebMD well-being platform will end on September 30. If you earned rewards during this past U.S. Well-Being program year, those rewards will continue to be available to you as noted below.
As we look at providing you with well-being opportunities moving forward, we’ll focus on sharing resources that are available through our benefits partners and we’ll continue to evaluate new ways to offer valuable resources and support.
What happens to the U.S. Well-Being rewards I earned by the August 30 deadline?
Earned points will be honored. If you or your spouse/domestic partner earned a U.S. Well-Being credit for 2025, your credit will be reflected when you elect your benefits for 2025 at myAECOMbenefits.com later this year. If you earned gift card rewards during the 2023–2024 program year, Tango emailed you with instructions on how to redeem your gift cards.
Log in to your WebMD account before September 30 to take a screenshot of your 2023–2024 points total, so you have confirmation of the points (and rewards) you have earned.
Will I continue to have access to my WebMD account?
You can continue to access your WebMD account through September 30. After that date, you will no longer have access to your WebMD account.
Take Action! It’s recommended that you log in before September 30 to:
- Take a screenshot of your 2023–2024 points total, so you have a record of the points (and rewards) you have earned.
- Download your personal health record, including your biometric screening results, if you’d like to have that information for your files. From the home page, select the menu on the upper right and select “Health Record.” On the Health Record page, select “Download My Data.” Select all data to include in the report and click “View Report.” Save the report for your files.
Will I be able to earn a well-being credit or other rewards in the future?
While we’ll continue to promote well-being resources and opportunities to help you and your family be well and thrive, there are no plans for a well-being credit or other incentive or gift card rewards for you to earn in the future.
Will I be able to receive a free flu shot?
Although WebMD will not host on-site flu shots this year, you and your covered dependents can still receive flu shots through your AECOM medical plan by visiting your in-network pharmacy or doctor (an office visit fee copay may apply). No voucher or form is required. Simply access care as you normally would.
What other well-being resources continue to be available?
You and your loved ones can continue to access the following well-being resources:
- Our U.S. medical plans include a variety of resources to help you be well, including 100% coverage for flu shots, biometric screenings and preventive care (through in-network providers), diabetes support, maternity/pregnancy support, fitness/gyms discounts, mental health tools and more. The specific resources and programs offered vary by carrier. Learn what “extras” your carrier offers.
- In addition to mental health counseling, our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides resources and support for stress, family and relationship issues, issues related to fertility and reproduction, adoption, caregiving and much more.
- Additional mental health support is available through the on-demand mental health support platform through ComPsych in partnership with Koa Care 360.
- You have access to our network of Mental Health Allies, specially trained AECOM employees who will listen to your needs, provide support and connect you to helpful resources.
- To help you build and protect your financial well-being, we offer a variety of resources including free financial advisory services through Merrill, the Financial Wellness Tracker and Better Money Habits, and Purchasing Power can help you save money and build your financial well-being.
- Visit our Global Well-Being website, WellBeingAtAECOM.com for tools and resources to support your personal and professional well-being.
