While we’ll continue to promote well-being resources and opportunities to help you and your family be well and thrive, there are no plans for a 2026 well-being credit on your AECOM medical plan contributions or other incentives for you to earn.
You and your family members can continue to access the following well-being resources:
- Our U.S. medical plans include a variety of resources to help you be well, including 100% coverage for flu shots, biometric screenings and preventive care (through in-network providers), diabetes support, maternity/pregnancy support, fitness/gyms discounts, mental health tools and more. The specific resources and programs offered vary by carrier. Learn what “extras” your carrier offers.
- In addition to mental health counseling, our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides resources and support for stress, family and relationship issues, issues related to fertility and reproduction, adoption, caregiving and much more.
- Additional mental health support is available through the on-demand mental health support platform through ComPsych in partnership with Koa Care 360.
- To help you build and protect your financial well-being, we offer a variety of resources including free financial advisory services through Merrill, the Financial Wellness Tracker and Better Money Habits, and Purchasing Power can help you save money and build your financial well-being.
