We also encourage you to check in with your loved ones and your colleagues to share how you’re feeling, as well as offer and receive support from one another.

Free and Confidential Counseling
Receive free and confidential counseling sessions for any mental health issue through our GuidanceResources EAP.
U.S. Well-Being Points-Earning Activities
On the U.S. Well-Being platform, you can find two Daily Habit plans focused on mental health — Cope with the Blues and Balanced Living. Earn 10 U.S. Well-Being points for completing each plan.
Cultivate mindfulness skills to support your mental health goals with eM Life. Earn 5 U.S. Well-Being points toward the U.S. Well-Being at AECOM program when you complete 3 Daily Sessions in a month (up to 5 times for up to 25 points). Earn 10 U.S. Well-Being points when you complete 1 Immersive Program (up to 2 times for up to 20 points). Also, see eM Life’s tips for checking in on yourself this month.
Train your brain to manage your mental health the way you manage your physical health with Total Brain. Complete 10 exercises in a month to earn 5 U.S. Well-Being points (up to 5 times for up to 25 points). Make sure you’re logged into your AECOM/Total Brain account to ensure each game, video and article you complete counts toward your monthly incentive. Global Well-Being Resources
Visit WellBeingAtAECOM.com site for Healthy by Habit plans, the popular Well-Being Wheel (now featuring mental health tips) and a personal dashboard, where you can track your well-being activities and achievements. Set up your personal access link to see the plans and dashboard.
myStrength
A clinically based computerized cognitive behavioral therapy program, myStrength can help you build resilience, improve your sleep, manage your health and cope with your emotions. It’s simple to use, even on your phone. Complete short mental exercises, interactive activities and guided training modules to help you check your health status, get a personalized plan to make healthy lifestyle changes, build community and track your progress over time.
Kudos
Recognizing someone’s achievements can boost their mood and yours. Employees can the Kudos platform (through OKTA single sign on) and send a personalized e-card or badge to a colleague or post a congratulatory message. If you are a manager, it is especially important to recognize your team members, and Kudos makes it easy to do so!
