Fight the flu!
Get your free flu shot and protect yourself, your loved ones, your community and precious health care resources.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, AECOM is not planning to have on-site flu shot clinics at this time. But AECOM employees and their spouses/domestic partners can still get a FREE flu shot in one of two other ways:
- Print a flu shot voucher and redeem it at a participating pharmacy. The flu shot voucher includes a link to a list of participating pharmacies including major chains such as Walgreens, CVS, Walmart and Kroger as well as independent pharmacies.
- Visit an in-network physician or pharmacy. While the cost of the flu shot is paid 100% for AECOM medical plan participants, an office visit fee may apply if you receive your flu shot from your physician.
Regardless of how you receive it, getting your flu vaccine is a great way to take care of yourself and others, and you can earn 5 wellness points through the U.S. Wellness at AECOM program. Just go to the wellness website when it reopens October 19 and record that you received your flu shot to get your points.
See the Flu Shot FAQs to learn about the importance of getting your flu shot every year and details about this year’s flu shot.
Flu Shots for Dependent Children
Although dependent children are not eligible for free flu shots through Wellness at AECOM, they can receive free flu shots through their AECOM medical plan coverage (if enrolled). When you take your child to receive a flu shot at a pharmacy or doctor’s office participating in your plan’s provider network, simply show your AECOM medical pan ID card (no voucher needed). As long as your child is a plan member, the flu shot will be covered 100% through the plan’s preventive care benefit.
