Our Education Assistance Program provides tuition reimbursement to help you pay for approved coursework taken at an accredited college or university — up to $5,250 if you are a regular full-time employee or $2,625 if you are a regular part-time employee, each calendar year. Our partner for the Education Assistance benefit is Alight.
You can log in to apply for an Education Assistance benefit at any time. The deadline for submitting claims toward the current plan year is in November of that year. The deadline for submitting claims for expenses toward the 2021 plan year is November 12, 2021.

- Family Education Benefit: Immediate family members of eligible AECOM employees can now take advantage of a 40% tuition savings discount through the University of Arizona Global Campus.
