Our Education Assistance Program provides tuition reimbursement to help you pay for approved coursework taken at an accredited college or university — up to $5,250 if you are a regular full-time employee or $2,625 if you are a regular part-time employee, each calendar year.
In partnership with Ashford University, AECOM lets you earn your degree with no student loan debt. Your tuition, books and fees are covered through a combination of Ashford’s Leadership Development Grant and our Education Assistance benefit.

The deadline for submitting claims for expenses toward the 2020 plan year is November 20, 2020. Starting November 21, there will be a “blackout period” during which Alight will be implementing the new EdFlo platform, which will make it easier for you to submit and manage your claims. From November 21 through December 30, 2020, you will not be able to submit claims online. Starting January 1, 2021, you’ll be able to submit claims through the new EdFlo platform accessible through your personalized benefits account at myAECOMbenefits.com.
