Join the Wellness From Within Challenge and learn how to look within and think mindfully to help you feel happier, sleep better, lower your blood pressure and improve your overall well-being.
If you complete the challenge, you’ll also earn 20 U.S. Well-Being points. Remember, you must earn at least 100 U.S. Well-Being points by Friday, August 30, 2024, to receive a credit to reduce your 2025 AECOM medical plan contributions, up to $150 in gift cards and a charitable donation.
Register for the challenge: July 10 – 24
To participate, register on the U.S. Well-Being platform through WebMD, July 10 – 24. Log in online or through WebMD’s Wellness At Your Side app, select “Wellness From Within” and follow the prompts to register.
If this is your first time using the U.S. Well-Being platform through WebMD, you’ll need to create your WebMD account first and then register for the challenge.
Complete the challenge: July 17 – August 13
To complete the challenge and earn 20 U.S. Well-Being points, track 21 of 28 days and indicate that you took time to invest in your emotional health for at least 14 of those days.
Each week of the challenge will focus on a different part of your emotional well-being:
- Week 1: Awareness — Avoid technology to focus on your values and goals.
- Week 2: Regulation — Try meditative breathing techniques.
- Week 3: Relaxation — Make it a priority to rest, relax and unwind.
- Week 4: Connectedness — Reach out and reconnect with someone.
