Get your 2024 benefits and well-being journey off to a strong start!
- If you haven’t already, start the 2023-2024 U.S. Well-Being program, so you (and your spouse/domestic partner) can earn a well-being credit toward your 2025 medical plan contributions while you work on your well-being goals.
- Set up your online carrier accounts to access coverage details, carrier extras, in-network providers, and more resources. If you have a new carrier, you can set up your account starting January 1.
- Download the Alight Mobile app and your carrier apps for on-the-go access to your coverage details and ID cards. You may need to set up your online carrier account before you set up your carrier app.
- If you are changing carriers, see the transition of care worksheet for medical and orthodontic care and for prescription drugs.
- If you added a new dependent, you must complete the dependent verification process. Log into myAECOMbenefits.com to view the requirements.
- Review your beneficiary designations if you haven’t recently.
- In January, check your paycheck deductions for your 2024 benefit contribution amounts. If you have questions about your paycheck deductions, create a ticket in the Employee Center.
Important Reminder for New Employees If you’re a new hire, remember to enroll in your benefits twice — once for 2023 coverage and then for 2024 coverage. Your 2023 elections do not automatically carry over to 2024. Log in to myAECOMbenefits.com and check your Notification Center for instructions. |
If you get married, welcome a new baby to your family or have another qualifying life event, you are able to update your elections within 31 days of the event.
