Important Reminder for New Employees
If you’re a new hire, remember to enroll in your benefits twice — once for 2024 coverage and then for 2025 coverage. Your 2024 elections do not automatically carry over to 2025. Log in to myAECOMbenefits.com and check your Notification Center for instructions.
Get your 2025 benefits off to a strong start!
- Set up your online carrier accounts to access coverage details, in-network providers and more resources. If you are new to UnitedHealthcare (UHC), you can set up your account starting January 1.
- Download the Alight Mobile app and other carrier apps, including UHC and Kaiser, for on-the-go access to your coverage details and ID cards. You may need to set up your online carrier account before you set up your carrier app.
- Review your beneficiary designations if you haven’t recently and make any needed updates.
- In January, check your paycheck deductions for your 2025 benefit contribution amounts. If you have questions about your paycheck deductions, submit a ticket in the Employee Center.
- If you get married, welcome a new baby to your family or have another qualifying life event, you are able to update your elections within 31 days of the event.
- If you added a dependent to your coverage, you must complete the dependent verification process. Log in to myAECOMbenefits.com to submit your documentation.
Are you new to UHC and need to transition your care?
- If you are receiving care for a serious health condition, such as cancer or an organ transplant, from a provider outside of the UHC network, contact UHC at 855.248.0896 or Surest at 866.683.6440 for assistance with your transition of care into 2025.
- If you are currently pregnant and receiving care from a provider outside of the UHC network, contact UHC at 855.248.0896 or Surest at 866.683.6440 for assistance with your transition of care into 2025.
