You must enroll November 4–22, 2024, if you want medical, dental, vision, Health Savings Account (HSA) and/or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) benefits for next year.
New Medical Plans in 2025
Our new medical benefits offering is designed to ensure your access to quality care and a variety of options to meet your needs and help both you and the company get the most value for your health care dollars. AECOM will continue to cover the majority of medical benefits contributions. For 2025, we have simplified our offering to four national medical plan options with UnitedHealthcare (UHC). Kaiser plans will also be available in some locations, and Kaiser and HMSA will be offered in Hawaii.
Your Enrollment Checklist
- Understand what’s changing for 2025 and learn about the new UHC medical plan options.
- Find your providers. We anticipate 97% of employees will continue to see their current doctors and providers. Explore the UHC preview website and check if your current providers are in UHC’s Choice Plus network. If you are in California, you will use the Select Plus network. To explore the Kaiser Permanente plans available in certain regions, visit the Kaiser Permanente Preview Website.
- See your costs and options and make your elections. Starting November 4, 2024, log in to myAECOMbenefits.com and follow the prompts to enroll. Use the new Medical Expense Estimator tool to help you estimate your costs and compare your options, so you can choose 2025 coverage that best meets your needs.
- Share this page with your spouse/domestic partner and explore the Benefits Open Enrollment resources.
- Enroll by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on Friday, November 22, 2024.

- For enrollment questions or assistance with navigating the enrollment site, call the AECOM Benefits Service Center at 844.779.9567 (+1 312.843.5091 outside the U.S.), Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Central Time.
- For complex benefits situations, schedule a 1:1 appointment during Open Enrollment if you need help choosing a medical plan. Beginning October 28, you can reserve your appointment at myAECOMbenefits.com. Under Recommended, click on “Talk to a licensed benefits counselor.” Most employees will not need this service.
- For help comparing the AECOM medical plans with your spouse/domestic partner’s plans or assistance with bills/claims, log into myAECOMbenefits.com and click the Health Pro Connections tile to provide information about your request and be connected to a Health Pro.
- If you have questions about the UHC medical plans, call UHC at 855.248.0896 and say “Open Enrollment” when prompted. Assistance is available Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central Time.
Transition of Care
- If you are receiving care for a serious health condition, such as cancer or an organ transplant, from a provider outside of the UHC network, contact UHC at 855.248.0896 in December for assistance with your transition of care into 2025. If you enroll in the Surest plan during Open Enrollment, you can contact Surest at 866.683.6440 for assistance with transition of care.
