The Stretch and Flex Challenge is designed to to help you get into the habit of making moving and stretching a priority everyday, so you can reap the benefits of a stronger and more flexible body, prevent injuries and pain, and continue an active lifestyle for years to come.
Register for the challenge January 31 – February 14, 2024.
Complete the challenge February 7 – March 5, 2024:
- Track 21 of 28 days on the U.S. Well-Being platform.
- Indicate that you added movement and stretching into your day for at least 14 of those days.
If you successfully complete the challenge, you’ll earn 20 well-being points toward valuable rewards, including a credit to reduce your 2025 AECOM medical plan contributions.

- Receive your free biometric screening for up to 40 points (on-site screenings are available this month in some locations).
