Mental Health Counseling
Receive free and confidential one-on-one counseling from licensed therapists through the GuidanceResources Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provided by ComPsych. Support is available 24/7 for a variety of needs, including workplace challenges, relationship concerns, substance abuse and more. Each household family member can receive five free sessions per issue, per year.

Global Mental Health Allies Network
Connect one-on-one with a Global Mental Health Ally for confidential support and guidance to resources that can help. If you need support with a mental health or emotional well-being challenge, complete the online form to be connected directly with a Mental Health Ally who can help.
U.S. Well-Being Program
Join the U.S. Well-Being program to access a variety of well-being resources and join in well-being challenges with your colleagues, including resources and challenges designed to help you maintain and improve your mental health. Earn a credit on your 2025 AECOM medical plan contributions and gift card rewards as you take care of your well-being.
You do not need to be in an AECOM medical plan to participate and earn rewards, and spouses/domestic partners can earn rewards too.

Global Well-Being Resources
In the Global Well-Being program, use these resources to protect your emotional well-being:
- Take the Are you emotionally well? assessment.
- Do you have a loved one who’s going through a difficult time? This presentation provides helpful tips and advice on how you can support them.
- Use the Healthy by Habit plans to incorporate healthy activities into your daily routine, which can help you build resilience and improve your overall emotional well-being. Find these plans on your personal dashboard.
- Download a well-being app, such as Calm or Ten Percent Happier, and do some guided meditations or deep breathing to soothe your mind.
AECOM University: Mental Health Matters
Take the Mental Health Matters course to learn about mental health issues, conditions and AECOM benefits to support your well-being journey. You can earn 5 U.S. Well-Being points for completing the course.
