Join the One Percent Challenge and see how powerful investing 1% of your day in daily mindfulness — that’s just 14 minutes — can be in boosting your health and happiness, earning rewards and benefiting others. Learn a new skill every day for 30 days to support a happier, more resilient life.
In addition to earning 10 wellness points for completing 10 Mindful Daily sessions, you can earn other rewards including healthy snacks, access to mindfulness mentoring and programs and a smartwatch.
Plus… for every 25,000 mindful minutes practiced by AECOM employees from January 1 through March 2, eMindful will make a $1,000 donation up to $15,000 ($5,000 for each participating charity partner).
How It Works
Step 1: Register with eMindful (below) now.
Step 2: Once registered, you’ll receive online access to live Mindful Daily sessions where you’ll learn to develop skills to reduce stress, improve sleep, manage weight and increase happiness. These 14-minute sessions, led by expert instructors, are available multiple times each day of the week with new topics every day.
Step 3: Begin by January 31. Attend one session (live, not recorded) each day for 30 consecutive days. You can participate from your phone, tablet or PC. March 2 is the last day to complete the challenge.
Step 4: You’ll receive a redemption email March 3 and get your reward(s) by April 11, 2019.
