- If you complete a mindfulness activity 10 out of 30 days, you’ll receive a copy of the 2022 Mindful Daily Practice Guide.
- If you complete a mindfulness activity 20 out of 30 days, you’ll receive a Spa Space Gift.
- If you complete a mindfulness activity 30 out of 30 days, you’ll receive a one-on-one-mindful mentoring session and 14 trees will be planted in your honor.
Also, for each month in which you complete three daily sessions as part of the challenge, you can also earn 5 well-being points towards your U.S. Well-Being rewards.

How It Works
Step 1: Get started by joining any mindfulness activity on the eM Life website or app (links at right) anytime between January 3 and 31. You’ll need to register if you aren’t already. You’ll have 30 days from the date of your first activity to complete the challenge.
Step 2: Practice 14 minutes of mindfulness a day with a live or on-demand session on the eM Life website or app.
Step 3: If you want to support a charity, join The Connection on the eM Life website or app. During the challenge, your mindfulness minutes will be doubles and donated to your chosen charity.
Step 4: You’ll receive an email from eMindful with instructions on how to receive your rewards.
