You’ll develop new healthy habits to find greater joy, better sleep, stress less, and get rewards along the way. If you’re up for the challenge, save the date — eM Life’s 1% Challenge starts January 2, 2024.
Here’s how to participate:
- Create an eM Life account or log in between January 2-31
- Practice mindfulness for at least 10 days with any live or on-demand sessions
- Get rewards when you reach 10, 20, or 30 days of practice
