Fuel Your Well-Being with Healthy Snacks
Join the Snack Right Competition and learn how fueling your body with the right food helps you feel better, physically and emotionally. Plus, you can earn 25 points towards well-being rewards, including a discount on next year’s medical plan contributions.
To participate in and earn 25 points, track at least one healthy daily snack for any 21 days between July 15 and August 14. To track, log in to the wellness website, click on the Challenges tab and then select the Snack Right Competition to access the calendar. Tracking for 21 days will help you make heathier snacking a habit, and you’ll earn 25 points.
