
One of the Wellness at AECOM activities you can complete are online education Sessions to help you build new skills and develop healthy habits. Sessions are available in the Well-Being Platform (log in at right) under the Sessions tab in the top navigation.
Complete any six Sessions by August 31, 2021 to earn 30 wellness points.*
Sessions are unique to the Level you select, and new sessions are released each month.
- Level 1 is designed to help new participants kickstart their wellness journey with Sessions on general topics such as stress management, fruits and vegetables, portion sizes, heart health, sleep habits and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Level 2 is designed for those who participated last year and provides new Sessions that go deeper into wellness topics such as mindful eating, back health, strength training and active nutrition.
- The Financial Well-Being Level is for those who want to focus on their financial well-being and provides Sessions on topics such as building a budget, improving your credit score, navigating taxes, paying down debt, saving money and home financial planning.
You can switch your level and try new Sessions at any time.
*If you completed a Session during the last wellness program year, you cannot retake it to earn points. The six Sessions points-earning must be Sessions that you haven’t already completed.
