Last year we asked for your “ways” to be well. This year, we want your favorite well-being moments. What’s a well-being moment?  It’s a simple way to pause and focus on your well-being or the well-being of someone else. It can be done quickly (in less than three minutes), anywhere, anytime, with anyone. 

It’s the moment you reset with a yoga pose at work, choose a healthier snack option, grab your reusable grocery bags, decide not to buy that thing you don’t need, relax with a minute of deep breathing, say hi to a neighbor or hug a loved one. 

You can inspire your colleagues and earn wellness points by sharing your well-being moments with #MyMomentToBeWell, including EXTRA points during the #MyMomentToBeWell contest.

Here’s how it works:

TAKE A MOMENT for well-being — physically, emotionally, socially, financially or for the planet.
CAPTURE it with a photo or video. Get creative! We’re looking for interesting photos and unique ideas that can help others take well-being moments, too.
SHARE your photos or videos on Instagram or Twitter with #MyMomentToBeWell or email them to
ENCOURAGE your spouse/domestic partner, if you have one, to join in as well!

The points you can earn:

  • Earn 5 points just for submitting your photos or videos and reporting that you did so on the wellness website by August 31, 2019. You can submit as many photos or videos as you like (to increase your chances of winning the contest!), but 5 points is the maximum amount you earn.
  • Win 10 more points if you submit by April 30, 2019, and your photo or video is selected for use in a wellness communication. Important! If your photo or video is selected, we’ll contact you to request the original image (no filters, please) in high resolution. Once you provide the original, unfiltered, high-resolution image (or video), we’ll let you know how you will receive your additional 10 wellness points. 10 winners will be selected.
