AECOM is proud to offer a free mindfulness program through eM Life (eMindful). Mindfulness is being fully aware and in the present moment without judgment. Through practicing mindfulness, we learn to be more present in our daily lives – benefiting our relationships, emotional health and overall well-being.
Every month, eMindful hosts a variety of events and programs focused on certain themes and topics to improve your well-being.
