Through practicing mindfulness, we learn to be more present in our daily lives – benefiting our relationships, emotional health and overall well-being.
Every month, eMindful hosts a variety of events and programs focused on certain themes and topics to improve your well-being.

Mindfulness is a great habit to include in a heart-healthy lifestyle, along with eating well and being active. In honor of Heart Month, eMindful is hosting a variety of events and programs focused on helping you strengthen the connection between your mind and body — and strengthen your heart.
Learn how to listen openly to different perspectives in March
Our own underlying beliefs and biases are not so easy to see. They have often been with us so long that they’re deeply embedded, operating below our conscious awareness. With mindfulness, learn how to navigate your beliefs and biases to embrace diversity. The Diversity and Inclusion Collection and 7 Days of Embracing Diversity can help bring awareness and compassion to these challenging aspects of diversity and inclusion.
