Employees and spouses/domestic partners are invited to register for the Five to Thrive nutrition challenge by December 7.
Five to Thrive is a new challenge in the U.S. Well-Being program, to help you focus on eating a healthy amount of fruits and vegetables every day. You’ll receive tips and resources for increasing your intake of fruits and vegetables, including delicious recipes.
To complete the 21-day challenge, track your fruit and vegetable intake every day from November 30 through December 20, indicating that you had five or more daily servings of fruits or vegetables on at least 14 of those days. You can register up to December 7 and retroactively track from November 30.
If you complete the challenge, you will earn 20 points in the U.S. Well-Being program and entry in the Challenge Yourself Raffle for the chance to win one of many $50 gift cards.
Also, sign up for the December 6 Healthy Holiday Habits WELLbinar for more practical tips to help you eat healthier during the holidays.
All U.S. employees and spouses/domestic partners can participate in the U.S. Well-Being program and earn rewards, including an AECOM medical plan discount or entry in a $500 gift card raffle (for those not in an AECOM medical plan), additional gift cards and raffles, and more.
