  • After you add your new child to an AECOM benefits plan, you’ll be asked to submit a copy of your child’s birth or adoption certificate. If you don’t have it yet, add your child within 31 days by calling the AECOM Benefits Service Center at 844.779.9567 (+ 1 312.843.5091 outside the U.S.). You can provide the documentation when you get it.
