Our Education Assistance Program provides tuition reimbursement to help you pay for approved coursework taken at an accredited college or university — up to $5,250 if you are a regular full-time employee or $2,625 if you are a regular part-time employee, each calendar year.

In partnership with Ashford University, AECOM lets you earn your degree with no student loan debt. Your tuition, books and fees are covered through a combination of Ashford’s Leadership Development Grant and our Education Assistance benefit.

The First-Time Licensure Program provides a lump-sum payment for receiving up to two distinct first-time licenses from an approved list within a rolling five-year period.
